These figures include £10 for Senior Peak and Senior Off Peak and £5 for Under 18 and Full Time Education which will be credited back to your squash court booking account.

* The subscriptions for Senior Peak and Senior Off Peak for those joining between October 2011 and March 2012 include £30 which will be credited back to 1^st April 2012 renewal subscriptions and apply providing the renewal subscription is paid before 30^th April 2012

2011/2012 Incentive Membership Recruitment as from 1^st June 2011

If an existing member, of six months or more, regardless of membership category, introduces a new senior peak member, (if the proposed new member has been a member in the past then this membership must have ceased prior to 1st April 2010), then the existing member will receive a credit to their squash court booking account, the amount depending on the new members joining date.

If the existing member resigns mid-term in the initial year of the new member then a clawback debit will be posted to the existing members squash court booking account, prior to any resignation financial payback to the existing member, should the account still be in credit, the amount depending on the resignation date.

For new members introduced from October 2011 to March 2012, if that member renews their senior peak membership before 30^th April 2012 then providing the existing member also renews their membership by 30^th April 2012 then the existing member will receive, on 1^st May 2012 a further £10 credit to their squash court booking account.
Where such a credit has been applied and the existing member and/or the new member resigns midterm then a clawback debit will be made to the existing members squash court account to the valve of £1 per whole month left in the year to the next 31^st March.
To effect the claim, the new member will need to complete the name of the existing member on the application form prior to the submission of the application form to the membership secretary.

Ex Members	Any member who has not paid the annual renewal subscription by 30th April will be considered to be ex members but can rejoin the club during that renewal year providing they pay the full annual subscription, however if they re-join in a later renewal year then they will also be subject to the joining fee.

These rates apply 1st April 2011 to 31st March 2012

· All members who have been members before but terminated their membership prior to 1^st April 2010.

· The 2010/2011 subscription to be paid when renewing between 1^st April 2011 and 30^th September 2011 will be at the rate quoted for April 2011,

· If rejoining from 1^st October 2011 then the rates will be pro-rata as per the table.
